Will this work on my roof?
Asphalt shingle roofs in fair-to-good structural condition qualify. Roofs with active leaks, broken decking, or severe storm damage need repair before any rejuvenation. Your local dealer will inspect and tell you straight.
How much does a treatment cost?
Treatments typically run 10 to 25 percent of what a full roof replacement would cost in your market. Your local dealer will price your specific roof. For most homeowners that's in the low thousands instead of 20-40k.
How long does it last?
Independent industry studies on plant-derived rejuvenation products show measurable flexibility gains and can extend usable roof life by 5-15 years per treatment, depending on shingle age and climate.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every House Dressing treatment is backed by a 7-year written warranty. If the product fails to perform as described, your dealer handles it. The warranty document is included in the pack we email you.
Is the oil safe around pets, kids, plants?
Yes. Plant-derived, biodegradable, no harsh solvents. Crews dress up because it gets messy, not because it's hazardous. Pets stay inside during application, then everything is fine.
Will it discolor my roof?
For a few days after treatment, your roof will look slightly darker because the asphalt is fully saturated. Within a week or two the appearance returns to normal. No long-term color change.
Can I do this myself?
No. House Dressing is sold dealer-direct. Application requires the right sprayer setup, surface prep, and safety equipment. A trained crew applies it correctly in one visit.

How do I become a dealer?
Drop your email at the bottom of this page or on the dealer program page. We send the pack within 24 hours, then book a 10 minute call to check fit.
Is there a franchise fee?
No. No franchise fee, no royalty, no monthly minimums. You buy oil at dealer pricing and charge what your market will pay. The spread is yours.
Do you protect territory?
For our first wave of dealers, yes. As we scale we move to a non-exclusive model. We talk through your specific market on the call.
How fast can I start spraying?
For an existing contractor with a crew: 7 to 14 days from your first order. Brand assets and quote templates ship the same day as your oil.
What kind of business is a good fit?
Roofers, soft-wash, gutter, exterior cleaning, holiday lighting, landscape with a home-services arm. Anybody who already has homeowner relationships and crew capacity.

How much does the starter cost?
It depends on market size, ad spend, and how much we manage. We quote on the call. No tiered packages because no two markets are the same.
Do I need experience on roofs?
You need to be comfortable on a ladder or have a crew lead who is. We can help you hire if you have everything else.
How long until I'm profitable?
Time to first lead is around 10 days. Time to first spray is 30 days. Time to consistent revenue depends on your local market and how aggressively we run ads. We're honest on the call about what your market supports.
