What the product is

House Dressing is a maintenance treatment for asphalt shingle roofs that are aging but structurally sound. It is not a repair, not a replacement, and not a roof coating. It will not fix active leaks, damaged decking or storm damage, and it is not suitable for every roof.

Results depend on roof condition, shingle type, climate, preparation and application rate. Published figures describe typical outcomes under test conditions and are not a promise about your particular roof.

No warranty

We do not sell a roof warranty and we do not offer one on this site. The product is supplied with published technical data and independent test reports so you can judge it on evidence. Any workmanship guarantee is a matter between you and the applicator who does the work, not us.

To the extent permitted by law, the product and this website are provided as is, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Applying it safely

House Dressing is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted before use. Do not spray concentrate directly onto a roof. Read the application brochure before you start. Working at height is dangerous and is done at your own risk. If you are not equipped for roof work, hire someone who is.

Orders and payment

Prices are quoted at the time of order and can change. Orders are confirmed when we accept them, not when you submit them. Shipping timelines are estimates. Unopened product in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is yours unless we sent the wrong thing.

Dealer and business programs

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Nothing on this site promises exclusivity, a protected territory, or any level of income. Any marketing services we provide are covered by a separate agreement.

Liability and law

Our liability is limited to what you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
