Who we are

House Dressing is a roof rejuvenation product operated by OspreySOL Consulting Inc., trading as Osprey Solutions. You can reach us any time at hello@house-dressing.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us and what your browser reports. That means your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you type into a form, plus standard analytics such as pages viewed and roughly where in the world you are.

We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect information about you from data brokers.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, send what you asked for, and follow up about House Dressing. If you asked about becoming a dealer or starting a business, we use it to work out whether we can actually help you and to send pricing and next steps.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

Text messages and SMS consent

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from House Dressing about your enquiry, your order, or the dealer and business programs you asked about.

• Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can buy from us, or work with us, without agreeing to texts.
• Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is excluded from all sharing.
• Message frequency varies and depends on what you asked us for. Most people receive a handful of messages, not a stream.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@house-dressing.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make this work: our CRM, our email provider, our SMS provider and our analytics. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. As stated above, SMS consent data is never included in any sharing.

If you are introduced to a local applicator or dealer, we will tell you before we pass your details on.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribe links are on every marketing email, and STOP works on every text. Email hello@house-dressing.com and a human will deal with it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone on our list.
